The faculty of experienced scientists in the institute offers training on demand for the veterinarians and students in different fields. Broadly we provide courses on vaccinology, veterinary immunology, microbiology and cell culture techniques. Regular training is given to veterinary students and in-service veterinarians on production and usage of vaccines and diagnostics. The institute also offers short term training to undergraduate students of various colleges in vaccine production, vaccine quality control and cell cultures. In addition to this the institute also facilitates post graduate project works.

       During 2003 around 200 students from the following colleges have undergone training here.
